Special orders usually takes us 3-5 days longer to deliver, but this may also differ between products. It should be noted that estimated delivery times as shown on the checkout page are for Swedish customers, international deliveries will take longer.

We currently make all deliveries through the Swedish Post Office.

Right to exchange products

As a customer at Active Outfit you can exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it. Please contact info@activeoutfit.se if you wish to exchange a product. Non-swedish residents must pay for the return shipping costs themselves and will be charged for the additional shipping costs of sending the new product.

Prices

All EU residents will be charged our current prices including either 25, 12 or 6 % VAT/Sales tax. The VAT plus any delivery costs will be shown in the order form before you confirm the purchase. For some special products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer (weapon cabinets, etc) there may be extra shipping costs for international orders that will not be shown on our website. If this is the case you will be contacted to confirm any added cost before the order is shipped.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for products with clearly erroneous pricing due to typos and/or technical problems.

There is no VAT applicable on sales to residents outside of EU. The invoices will in these cases show the product prices exclusive of VAT and the relevant delivery cost before you confirm the purchase. Import taxes and customs fees, according to each country's legislations, will be paid by the customer in connection with the goods delivery. Orders to customers outside of the EU are not currently available.
